Processing time
Optional human review is included by default and can be skipped at checkout. If selected, human review is normally completed within 1 business day after Stripe confirms payment. Production timing begins only after customer print approval.
Delivery
We currently accept orders for the US and Canada. After customer print approval, production and carrier delivery timing depend on the confirmed vendor window. Gift-date delivery is not guaranteed unless a written support message specifically confirms it for your order.
Tracking
Order status is available through your private tracking link. Carrier tracking appears once the order ships.
